Libyan Desert Glass

Libyan Desert Glass or Great Sand Sea glass is an impactite, found in areas in the eastern Sahara, in the deserts of eastern Libya and western Egypt. It’s formed when the heat of a meteorite strike melts the surrounding sand, and pairs well with copper. Above, I added a Mookite jasper dangle ($140). Below, an Oregon agate ($120).

I made the one below for a D&D character I was playing at the time: Jojii was a bronze Dragonborn ranger, a desert warrior in a mystical sandy setting, and it seemed perfect for her.
