The shank was made from a sterling silver butter spreader handle made by Gorham. The pattern is called buttercup and dates from 1899!

2026 Gathering of the Guilds
35th annual show by CMAG – the Creative Metal Arts Guild – and a number of others. Glass, pottery, woodworking, beads, printing, sculpture, gem faceting…. It’s an amazing show that I shopped at for years before joining the guild. And admission is 100% free! April 24-26 at the Oregon convention center.

Sterling silver and quartz crystals, with tiny “on” buttons. The larger one swivels! Okay, so I originally made the all-silver ones as acupuncture needle pendants, but they are great for the more cost-conscious Jedi.
